How to Join the Promotion
Register your payment details during the promotion period for a chance to win exciting prizes. Eligible entrants who complete their payment registration within the promotion period will automatically be entered into the draw. Entrants who cancel their subscription before the end of the promotion period will lose their eligibility.

What happens if you do not register?
If your payment information is not registered before the end of the trial period, your plan will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan, and all the paid-plan features will be removed.
- Boosted slots will be removed from older listings.
- The earliest uploaded videos will be removed.
- The number of images for each listing will be minimized to 5 images.
- Customized property titles will be changed to default auto-generated titles
- Other features included in the paid-subscription plans will be removed

Winner selection and notification
The winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted under the supervision of BE FORWARD after the promotion period has ended. The winners will be notified by email, phone, WhatsApp, or another available contact method between October 12 and October 23, 2026. The winners may also be announced on BE FORWARD’s official social media pages within 90 days after the end of the promotion period.
Requirements for the winner
Each selected winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize by replying to BE FORWARD no later than the deadline specified in the winner notification.
Each winner agrees that their name, country, and photograph(s) may be published on BE FORWARD’s official social media pages. If requested, the winner must also agree to participate in an interview for use in BE FORWARD’s promotional materials.
BE FORWARD shall not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive any notification due to incorrect or non-functioning contact information provided by the winner, security settings, or other circumstances beyond BE FORWARD’s control.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond by the specified deadline, fails to comply with these Terms, or fails to submit any declaration, release, prize acceptance form, or other document required by BE FORWARD by the specified deadline, BE FORWARD reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited and, if time permits, select an alternate winner.
To collect the prize, each winner must visit the local office at the address specified below.
Terms
BE FORWARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless BE FORWARD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the promotion and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
