What happens if you don’t register before Free Trial?
If your payment information is not registered before the end of the trial period, your plan will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan, and all the paid-plan features will be removed.
- Boosted slots will be removed from older listings.
- The earliest uploaded videos will be removed.
- The number of images for each listing will be minimized to 5 images.
- Customized property titles will be changed to default auto-generated titles
- Other features included in the paid-subscription plans will be removed

Winner selection and notification
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of BE FORWARD and will be notified via [email / phone / WhatsApp / other contact method] within [September 14, 2026] to [September 25, 2026]. The winners may also be announced on BE FORWARD’s official SNS pages within 90 days after the promotion period.
Requirements for the winner
Upon request, the winner is required to reply for confirmation to BE FORWARD stating his/her acceptance of the prize on or before the deadline stated in the winner notification message.
The winner also agrees to have his/her name, country, and photo/s posted on the BE FORWARD SNS pages, and if necessary, do a winner’s interview to be used in BE FORWARD’s promotional materials.
BE FORWARD shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, or other security settings. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the specified period required by BE FORWARD on the winner notification message, fails to comply with the preceding conditions, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and acceptance of the prize, liabilities or as required, BE FORWARD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and if time permits, select another winner.
For the collection of the prize, the winner will be required to visit the local office at the location to be advised.
Terms
BE FORWARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless BE FORWARD and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
